Creating a digital society starts essentially with education, with equal opportunities, with an inclusive learning for all and in all digital ambients. Portugal invests in a knowledge-based economy and society, where productivity growth is based on innovation and the workforce qualification, in an inclusive society that offers everyone the skills to participate in opportunities created by new digital technologies;<\/p>\n

The last 4 months have been challenging in every way, making the education turn digital. The pandemic has forced the entire educational community to reinvent itself.<\/p>\n

We intend to analyse what has been done so far, as well as highlight the next steps for training and digital solutions for education by defining three main pillars:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \na) Digital education;
    \nb) Professional training and requalification;<\/li>\n
  2. c) Inclusion and digital literacy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    It is essential to address the issue, so we invite experts in the field in order to clarify but above all to debate and discuss.<\/p>\n
